I just hope, for your long life, if you are considering to have ANY business with her or her daughter, please ask people around the neighborhood about her and watch their reactions...

yeah, what Ita Watkins does is pretty simple thing:
when you meet her she is all smiles and nice, then after you'll sign your contract, she would harass the hell out of you until you leave her building and money you paid her for several months ahead - this is one of her little "nice" scam techniques
